Soluster Sarl, a global VAR of SaaS Software, is committed to the Quality of Service and the importance of Information Security, to ensure the protection of information, as well as compliance with the quality and security objectives defined, based on compliance with the standards UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 y UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017.

Through this policy, Soluster Sarl acquires the commitment to continuous improvement in terms of Quality, and Information Security in the development of its activities and services, among others, through the definition, monitoring and review of objectives.

The Management of Triskell Soluster Sarl, aware of the need to ensure the quality and security of information, assumes and has the following commitments:

1. Establish quality and information security objectives, always aligned with the company’s strategy

4. Communicate the importance of effective information security and quality management in accordance with the requirements of the information security and quality management system.
   
   
5. Ensure that the quality and information security management system achieves the intended results.
   
   
6. To direct and support people, to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality and information security management system.
   
   
7. Promote the continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
   
   
8. Encourage that the necessary resources are available for the integrated management system (quality and information security).
   
   
9. Support relevant roles to demonstrate leadership applied to their areas of responsibility.
   
   
10. Compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
    
    
11. Ensure the training and permanent updating of the knowledge of all employees to guarantee their competence and the quality of the service provided.
    
    
12. Increase Customer Satisfaction by seeking to exceed their expectations and achieve their loyalty.
    
    
13. Continuously improve the organization’s ISMS and information security.

To this end, the Management will ensure that the personnel of Triskell Software Corporation S.L complies with the regulations, policies, procedures and instructions regarding the quality and security of information.

Through the development of its Information Security Management System , Soluster Sarl aims to ensure the following security objectives:

1. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity and traceability of the information.
   
   
2. Establish a clear and efficient information management methodology.
   
   
3. Have a continuity plan that allows processes and activities to be recovered in the event of an incident, in the shortest possible time.
   
   
4. Train and raise awareness among all employees on information security.
   
   
5. Properly manage all security incidents and incidents.
   
   
6. Inform all employees of their safety duties and obligations, which are mandatory.
   
   
7. Control the risks associated with information security, identifying them, implementing controls for their mitigation and establishing regular procedures for their reassessment.

 

This Policy is implemented, kept up to date and communicated to all employees. It is also available to the public at the organization’s facilities.

The management undertakes to comply with the Quality and Information Security Policy and for the record, signs this letter.
